RIP Benjamin Aaron Lucas (Utakz)
Where do I begin? I still can’t believe that this has actually happened. It just seems so surreal to me, looking at my MSN list and seeing the name Utakz which will be offline from here on out. The beta community has lost a truly great contributor. I am really going to miss talking to him.
I can honestly say that I never had any bad run-ins with Utakz and for that I am thankful. He was a good friend and someone I could always talk to if I needed advice, or just someone to talk to. I could trust him with virtually anything and he never betrayed that trust. I do regret sometimes that I caused him to question his trust in me but I am glad that we made ammends in the end. Aaron (as you preferred to be called), you were a great contributor to the beta community, and even more, you were a great friend. You will truly be missed. RIP Buddy

I remember one time on Messenger he said “Dood, you’ll always be able to talk to good ol ‘taks”… and now he’s gone, just like that… hard to believe we were talking to him on Skype before the whole thing broke out… I mean… just…..

I remember the many nights of Vista talks on Skype and playing Halo PC with ‘takz. He’ll truly be missed by us all.

yea, i remem “dood” . wow, he was great for the entire community. He used to guide us about Vista/Longhorn. Wat a way to end the whole Longhorn/Vista cycle. He always had faith in God, God bless him!

Surprisingly, even I had a few good chats with the man. I remember it was funny when I first heard of him and met him, searching after the damned cherry blossoms wallpaper. Then he wanted me to find some special PNG images and a higher resolution of a forest wallpaper in return, or something like that. Ha ha. Good times, though. Always chillin’ at the frost peaks. My only regret is not getting a chance to get to know him as well as everyone else. He truly does appear to be a great person, and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.

I cannot belive that my best friend (whom I’ve known almost 10 years) is really gone. My life and the internet will never be the same… The times we shared and the knowlage he has instilled upon me I will never forget. My life is left with a blank empty space, for there is no replacement for the laughter and joy he brought to me life. I will love and miss you forever, Ben!

My bad I’ve not known him as a contact but I know how we could feel if someone (who are very close to us) gone away from this world.
