New problem with 7057: can't access shared folders on my windows 7 machine from xp. Tried setting encryption down to 40/56 bits, disabling and enabling password protection - nothing. Any ideas?

Hey Chris, nice overview :)

i have a slight problem though, everything is fine with my copy except for one thing, you know when you go to power options and command the laptop to shut it's screen off after 1 minute? Well that worked for all of the previous builds, now when i do it, after a minute it goes black (which it should do), but then 2 secs after i see my desktop again. I've tried numerous things but nothing has worked. Any ideas? Do i need to do a fresh install again? I leave my laptop on all the time and want the screen to dim and turn off, but it's not working :( Thanks

Hi, chris, as usual you have put out some great information. thanks for your help on the Windows 7 issues. My Windows 7 7057 EULA states that it is RC1 and it does not expire until 1 June 2010.

In the Windows 7 Build 7057, when ever we see the jpg Pictures and want to preview them with context menu, this generates a COM Surrogate Error. Kindly provide the solution to the same.
