lol some of the responses readers write are silly and unrelated, normally i ponder whether they even read the items and reports before writing a comment or whether or not they mearly read over the subject of the blog post and craft the first idea that pops into their heads. anyhow, it is useful to read through smart commentary now and then in contrast to the same, old post vomit which i mostly discover on the web i'm going to take up a couple of hands of zynga poker farewell

This may improve the mod even more: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijihagaOFoE

Zap the hot air caused by the NB, away from the GPU.

heh.
780i, intel core2quad cpu, 8800gts

New 780i, freshly installed, idle temperature in bios: 89c. Called tech support and they said that it was 'normal.' Being the seventh replacement board I've had, I don't want to RMA it again, but that's just too hot. I'm probably just going to say screw EVGA and buy an intel board and be done with it.

Without the heatsink, I could put a frying pan on the southbridge and make myself breakfast in about the same amount of time as on a stove. lol.

Anyway... humor aside, this board sucks.
