December CTP Out to Testers

The December CTP, Build 5270 has been made avalable to testers a few minutes ago. All authorized testers can go to connect to download the build.

Build string is Build 5270.winmain_idx03.051214-1910, looks like Mr Thurrott was wrong again :)
